Collects variation SKUs, prices and stock status for variable products.
Collects images, descriptions and weights for later import.

Website monitoring respects robots.txt and crawl-delay, is rate-limited per domain, identifies as EagleLyticsBot/1.0, and is limited to suppliers in the USA and Canada.

Direct API connection

If the supplier issues you WooCommerce REST API keys, add them as a Direct API Connection and the catalog is read through the API.

As your store

Keep your WooCommerce store in sync.

Create REST API keys in WooCommerce (Settings → Advanced → REST API) and enter the consumer key and secret.

Inventory sync

Match supplier products to your products and variations by SKU.
Update stock status and quantities when supplier availability changes.
Optionally push supplier price changes, with your pricing rules applied.
Run a sync now, or schedule it to repeat automatically.

Product import

Create simple or variable products with their variations, images and stock state.
Multi-option products are created with the right variation attributes.
Attach the supplier as the product brand when the WooCommerce Brands feature is enabled.

Store credentials are encrypted at rest. Every sync produces a report listing what was updated, what was already in sync and what wasn’t found.

Open Connect and choose WooCommerce
In the EagleLytics® app, go to Connect Store and pick WooCommerce.
Create REST API keys
In WooCommerce, go to Settings → Advanced → REST API and create a key with read/write permissions.
Enter your keys
Paste your store URL, consumer key and consumer secret into EagleLytics®.
Test the connection
Click Test Connection. You’re ready to sync.

Limitations

What the WooCommerce integration does not do.

Knowing the edges up front saves a surprise later. These are the current limits, stated plainly.

Monitoring from a URL relies on the WooCommerce Store API that ships with WooCommerce; sites that have disabled it cannot be read in bulk.
Variable products whose variations do not publish a SKU need manual SKU mapping before they can be synced.
Connecting your own WooCommerce store requires REST API keys with read/write permission.
Store sync matches products by SKU. Products without a SKU on either side are reported, not updated.

EagleLytics® currently supports monitoring compatible supplier storefronts in the U.S. and Canada.

WooCommerce questions

Does the supplier need to install anything?

No. EagleLytics® reads the public product listing that WooCommerce publishes through its Store API. No plugin or credentials are required for monitoring; a Direct API Connection is optional if the supplier issues you REST API keys.

What can EagleLytics® do with my WooCommerce REST API keys?

Read your products and variations to match SKUs, update stock status and quantities, optionally update prices with your pricing rules, and create products you are missing. Keys are encrypted at rest.

Can products be imported into WooCommerce?

Yes. Simple and variable products are created with their variations, images and stock state. When the WooCommerce Brands feature is enabled the supplier is attached as the product brand.

Are suppliers outside the U.S. and Canada supported?

EagleLytics® currently supports monitoring compatible supplier storefronts in the U.S. and Canada. Websites operated elsewhere, and EU-operated businesses, are excluded.
