EagleLytics — Supplier Monitor

Shopify integration

EagleLytics® + Shopify

EagleLytics® monitors Shopify supplier storefronts from a URL, accepts direct Admin API connections when a supplier authorises one, and syncs stock and prices to your own Shopify store.

As a supplier source

Monitor Shopify suppliers.

Add a Shopify supplier with its website address and EagleLytics® keeps an eye on what they have in stock.

URL monitoring Direct API available

From a website URL

  • Reads the storefront’s public product catalog, including every variant and its SKU.
  • Uses the per-variant availability the storefront publishes — no guessing from page text.
  • Collects prices, product images, weights and descriptions so products can be imported later.
  • Catalog scans finish quickly because the whole listing is fetched in a few requests.

Website monitoring respects robots.txt and crawl-delay, is rate-limited per domain, identifies as EagleLyticsBot/1.0, and is limited to suppliers in the USA and Canada.

Direct API connection

If a supplier gives you an Admin API access token for their Shopify store, add them as a Direct API Connection. The full catalog is fetched through the API instead of the public storefront.

As your store

Keep your Shopify store in sync.

Install EagleLytics® from the Shopify App Store (OAuth), or enter your app’s client credentials on the Connect page.

Inventory sync

  • Match supplier products to your variants by SKU.
  • Set variants to sold out when the supplier runs out, and back in stock when they restock.
  • Optionally push supplier price changes, with your own markup rules applied.
  • Run a sync now, or schedule it to repeat automatically.

Product import

  • Import supplier products your store doesn’t carry yet — title, description, images, weight and variants.
  • Multi-option products (size × colour, etc.) are created with their real option axes.
  • Choose draft or active, add tags and a vendor, and set which fields may be overwritten on re-import.

Store credentials are encrypted at rest. Every sync produces a report listing what was updated, what was already in sync and what wasn’t found.
