Each step produces something you can review. Nothing is written to your store until a scan has been validated.

    Add a supplier

    Paste a supplier storefront URL, or connect a supplier API where you hold credentials. EagleLytics® detects the platform and checks robots.txt for you.

    Scan

    A scan collects products, SKUs, prices and stock status. Scope it to the whole catalog, selected collections or categories, or specific product URLs.

  3. 3

    Connect your store

    Connect a Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or Magento store. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

  4. 4

    Sync & schedule

    Sync availability now or on a recurring schedule. Price sync is off unless you turn it on, with optional price rules.

Stock monitoring

Scans record each product’s SKU, price and availability so you know what changed since the last run.

Price tracking + price rules

Track supplier price changes and, optionally, sync prices with a per-supplier markup, multiplier or floor rule.

Scheduled syncs

Sync once, or on a daily, weekly or every-N-days schedule at the hour you choose.

Stock-change alerts

In-app and email notifications when a scan finishes, fails, or products go out of stock or come back.

Product import

Import scanned products into your store as drafts, with images, descriptions, weight and variants where available.

Scan reports with validation

Every scan is a report: in stock, out of stock, invalid data, errors. Fix or ignore issues before anything syncs.

Multi-store sync

Send one validated scan to several connected stores at once, each with its own schedule.

SKU mapping

Map supplier products that are missing a SKU to a store SKU once. The mapping is reused on every future scan.

EagleLytics® follows the same rules a well-behaved crawler should, and tells you when a site asks not to be crawled.

  • robots.txt + crawl-delay

    Checked before every scan; crawl-delay directives are honored and requests are rate-limited per domain.

  • Identified crawler

    Page requests identify themselves as EagleLyticsBot/1.0 so suppliers can see who is visiting.

  • USA + Canada suppliers

    Supplier websites are checked for location; suppliers outside the USA and Canada are not scanned.

  • Encrypted credentials

    Store and supplier credentials are encrypted at rest, and all traffic uses HTTPS.

Common questions

Before you start a trial

Do I need supplier API access?
No. For supported platforms a supplier storefront URL is enough — EagleLytics® monitors publicly listed product information. If you do hold supplier API credentials, you can connect the supplier as an API connection instead.
Which store platforms can I sync to?
Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Magento stores can be connected for sync and product import. Squarespace is supported for supplier monitoring only. See all integrations.
How long is the free trial?
14 days, no credit card required. Plan limits and pricing are on the pricing page.
Will EagleLytics® change my store automatically?
Only when you tell it to. You can run scans without connecting a store, sync manually from a validated scan, or set a schedule. Price sync is off unless you turn it on.
What happens if a supplier scan fails?
The scan is marked failed, you are notified, and no sync runs from it. Your store is not changed.
