EagleLytics — Supplier Monitor

Features

Everything you need to keep your store in stock.

From the first supplier scan to a scheduled store sync — every EagleLytics® feature, what it does, and where it stops so you stay in control.

Supplier monitoring

Scan supplier catalogs from a URL or an API.

Add a supplier by pasting its storefront URL, or connect a supplier API where you hold credentials. Each scan records products, SKUs, prices and stock status, and shows you what needs attention before anything syncs.

  • URL-based scans of Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento and Squarespace storefronts
  • Direct API connections for suppliers that give you credentials
  • Scope a scan to the whole catalog, selected collections or categories, or specific product URLs
  • Invalid-data validation: products missing a SKU or stock status are flagged, not synced
  • Ignore products permanently — the exclusion carries over to future scans
  • SKU mapping for products without a SKU, reused on every later scan

Store sync

Push validated results to your store, now or on a schedule.

A sync sends availability changes from a validated scan to a connected store. Price sync is optional and off by default. Every run produces a report so you can see exactly what was updated.

  • Availability sync to Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Magento stores
  • Optional price sync, with per-supplier price rules
  • Sync now, or schedule daily, weekly or every N days at the hour you choose
  • Sync one scan to several connected stores at once
  • Sync reports list updated, unchanged, not-found and errored products
  • Plan-cap notices tell you when a sync stopped at your plan’s SKU limit

Alerts & reporting

Know when something changed, without checking.

Notifications land in the app’s bell and, on plans that include email alerts, in your inbox. Scan and sync reports stay available so you can review what happened.

  • Scan complete and scan failed notifications, with the report attached
  • Stock-change alerts when products go out of stock or come back
  • Catalog-change alerts (products added or removed) on Scaling plans and above
  • Sync complete and sync failed notifications with updated / not-found / error counts
  • Scan reports keep the last 5 scans per supplier
  • Sync reports keep the last 10 runs per store

Pricing rules

Turn supplier prices into your store prices.

Set one rule per supplier and EagleLytics® applies it whenever price sync runs. A live preview on the supplier page shows the result before you save.

  • Markup by percentage (cost + X%)
  • Fixed markup (cost + $X)
  • Multiplier (cost × X)
  • MAP floor (never below a minimum price)
  • Rounding: none, $X.00, $X.99 or $X.95
  • Applied only when price sync is turned on for a sync

Product import

Add scanned products to your store in one step.

Select products from a scan report or a sync report’s not-found list and import them into a connected store. Imports run in the background and show progress while they work.

  • Import into Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or Magento stores
  • Images, descriptions, weight and variants included where the supplier provides them
  • Products are created as drafts by default — publish when you are ready
  • Existing products (matched by SKU) are updated instead of duplicated
  • Optional tags, product type and vendor applied on import

Compliance & safety

Monitoring that plays by the rules.

EagleLytics® checks every supplier before it scans, and stops when a site or a rule says no. You see the result of each check on the supplier page.

  • robots.txt checked before every scan; blocked sites are not crawled
  • Crawl-delay directives honored, with per-domain rate limits on every request
  • Page requests identify themselves as EagleLyticsBot/1.0
  • Supplier location check: USA and Canada suppliers only
  • EU-business detection from on-page legal markers
  • A global domain blocklist for sites that are never scanned

Store and supplier credentials are encrypted at rest. Read the crawling policy.

By platform

What works where.

Supplier monitoring reads a supplier’s catalog. Store sync writes availability (and optionally prices) to your store. API connection means the supplier can be added with credentials instead of a URL.
