Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When advertising cookies are on, identifiers about your visit — the pages you view and an advertising ID — are disclosed to advertising partners so we can measure our ads and show you EagleLytics on other sites. Under California law that counts as selling and sharing your personal information, even though no money changes hands for it.

Turning this off stops those disclosures. It does not affect your account, your data, or anything you have already asked us to do — and we will not give you a worse price or a lesser service for choosing it.

Choose which categories may run — necessary, preferences, analytics and marketing. You can reopen this at any time from the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

Your other rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

• Know and access — what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
• Delete — ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
• Port — receive a copy in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Limit sensitive information — restrict the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service.
• Appeal — ask us to reconsider if we decline a request.
• Non-discrimination — exercise any of these without being charged more or given a lesser service.

To make a request, email support@eaglelytics.com or use our contact form. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need the extra 45 days the law allows. Unlike an opt-out, these requests do require us to verify your identity, so that we do not hand your information to someone else.

Authorised agents
