Supplier monitoring

Add a supplier by URL. EagleLytics® reads the products, variants, SKUs, prices and availability the website lists, and re-scans on your schedule.

Direct API connection

When a supplier shares API credentials, the whole catalog is read through the platform’s API — no crawling, full variant detail in seconds.

Store sync

Match by SKU and update stock — and optionally prices with your markup rules — on your connected store. Run it now or on a schedule.

Create products your store doesn’t carry yet from the supplier’s data: title, description, images, weight and variants.

How a supplier connection works

Two ways to connect any supplier.

Most suppliers are added with nothing more than their website address. Suppliers that give you API access get a direct connection instead.

Website URL connection

Paste the supplier’s storefront URL. EagleLytics® detects the platform, checks robots.txt and monitors the products the website lists publicly. No account or permission from the supplier is needed.

  • Works with any supported storefront you can browse
  • Respects robots.txt and crawl-delay, identifies as EagleLyticsBot/1.0
  • Rate-limited per domain so the supplier’s site isn’t burdened
  • USA and Canada suppliers only

Direct API connection

When a supplier gives you API credentials for their store, EagleLytics® reads the catalog directly through the platform’s API — no crawling at all. Available for Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce suppliers.

  • Not subject to robots.txt or crawl limits

Compatibility is decided per website, not per brand.

EagleLytics® doesn’t keep a list of approved suppliers. Any supplier whose website runs on a supported platform and meets a few requirements can be monitored.
