EagleLytics® monitors Magento supplier storefronts from a URL and syncs stock and prices to your Magento store using an integration token.

Monitor Magento suppliers.

Add a Magento supplier with its website address and EagleLytics® keeps an eye on what they have in stock.

URL monitoringNo direct API connection

From a website URL

  • Discovers products through the storefront sitemap and category pages.
  • Reads SKU, price and availability from each product page’s structured data.
  • Collects images, descriptions and weights for later import.

Website monitoring respects robots.txt and crawl-delay, is rate-limited per domain, identifies as EagleLyticsBot/1.0, and is limited to suppliers in the USA and Canada.

Direct API connection

Magento suppliers are monitored from their website URL only. A direct API supplier connection is not available for Magento at the moment.

Direct API connections are available for Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce suppliers.

As your store

Keep your Magento store in sync.

Create an Integration in your Magento admin and enter its access token.

Inventory sync

  • Match supplier products to your products by SKU.
  • Update stock status and quantities when supplier availability changes.
  • Optionally push supplier price changes, with your pricing rules applied.
  • Run a sync now, or schedule it to repeat automatically.

Product import

  • Create simple products, or configurable products with child SKUs for multi-option items.
  • Configurable products use the size/colour attributes already defined in your attribute set.

Store credentials are encrypted at rest. Every sync produces a report listing what was updated, what was already in sync and what wasn’t found.

Open Connect and choose Magento

In the EagleLytics® app, go to Connect Store and pick Magento.

Create an Integration

In your Magento admin, create an Integration with catalog and inventory access, activate it and copy its access token.

Enter your token

Paste your store URL and the Integration access token into EagleLytics®.

Test the connection

Click Test Connection. You’re ready to sync.
