Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can change plans at any time from your Account page. The new plan's limits apply straight away and the new price is charged from your next renewal date; we do not prorate part of a term. On Shopify and BigCommerce you approve a new subscription on that platform, which replaces the old one.

How is billing handled?

If you installed EagleLytics® from the Shopify App Store, billing goes through your Shopify account and appears on your regular Shopify invoice. Direct signups on eaglelytics.com are billed securely through our third-party payment processor, which accepts all major credit cards.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts on eaglelytics.com start with a 14-day free trial with access to basic features — no credit card required, and it does not convert to a paid plan by itself. If you install from the Shopify or BigCommerce app store, the trial you start there converts to the plan you approved when it ends unless you cancel first.

Which suppliers and regions are supported?

EagleLytics® currently supports monitoring compatible supplier storefronts in the U.S. and Canada, on Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento and Squarespace. Your own store can be on Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce or Magento. Use the supplier checker to confirm a supplier before you sign up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Account page, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and you keep access until then; fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires. Subscriptions billed through Shopify or BigCommerce end under that platform's billing rules. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full rule.
