Discovers products through the storefront sitemap and category pages.
Reads each product’s variants and SKUs, including multi-option products.
Uses the storefront’s own in-stock flag, so made-to-order and backorder items are reported the way the supplier sells them.
Storefronts without a public catalog feed take longer to scan — a Direct API Connection is much faster when available.

Website monitoring respects robots.txt and crawl-delay, is rate-limited per domain, identifies as EagleLyticsBot/1.0, and is limited to suppliers in the USA and Canada.

With a store hash and an access token from the supplier, EagleLytics® reads the catalog through the BigCommerce API. This turns a scan that could take hours into one that finishes in seconds.

Keep your BigCommerce store in sync.

Install the EagleLytics® app on your BigCommerce store, or create a store API account and enter its access token.

Inventory sync

Match supplier products to your variants by SKU.
Update inventory levels when supplier availability changes.
Optionally push supplier price changes, with your pricing rules applied.
Run a sync now, or schedule it to repeat automatically.

Product import

Create products your store is missing, with variants, images and out-of-stock state.
Multi-option products are created with their real option axes.

Store credentials are encrypted at rest. Every sync produces a report listing what was updated, what was already in sync and what wasn’t found.

Open Connect and choose BigCommerce

In the EagleLytics® app, go to Connect Store and pick BigCommerce.

Install the app or create an API account

Install the app from your BigCommerce control panel, or create a store-level API account with product and inventory scopes.

Enter store hash and token

Paste your store hash and the access token into EagleLytics®.

Test the connection

Click Test Connection. You’re ready to sync.
